Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order! And why wouldn't you be, it's from Down The Shore! :) But if you're not, just let us know within 30 days and we'll make it right. Email us ( downshore@gmail.com ) a description of the problem along with your order number or, if not available, the order date, items ordered, and complete address.
Item must be in the same condition that you received it, and items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Gift cards and “hurt” books are non-returnable. You can make a return for refund of the full item cost, or an exchange, less shipping (unless we goofed and sent you the wrong item!). But, please email us first — we may be able to make an adjustment before you bother with a return.
We’ll notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, don't hesitate to contact us so we can follow up.
