Shipping policy

After we process your order, we generally ship within one day. We won't charge you until we process your order. We offer the following options:

STANDARD MAIL:  Our standard method for books, calendars, and videos is US Postal Service Media Mail. Average transit time after we fill your order is 2-8 business days for this method, depending on your location. Non-book items like clothing or cards are shipped USPS Ground Advantage with average transit time of 2-5 days. Single calendar orders may be upgraded to USPS First Class (but do not have a tracking number). Depending on your location and what is ordered we may switch some orders to UPS Ground. Please be patient and know your order is on its way! 
EXPEDITED: Our shopping cart will calculate the cost of expedited classes of USPS mail if you choose them. We may switch to UPS if it improves delivery time, however it is not always an option.

Note: Deliveries to ZIP codes beginning with 080-084 and 169-199 are generally 1-3 days regardless of the service selected!

You can choose OVERNIGHT and 2nd-DAY DELIVERY available at significantly higher cost. For FOREIGN DELIVERY (including CANADA) please email us for shipping charges.

Multiple packages for one order: We may ship certain items (clothing, note cards) in separate packages from books, calendars, and videos. Your order may arrive in more than one package at different times.
